 Our Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA is preferred for senior openings.
• External client-facing consulting experience; Big 4/5 or top tier consulting firm experience highly preferred
• Strong core skills in Operations or Business Strategy, or Functional consulting experience in SAP (all modules), Peoplesoft, Siebel, Oracle, Maximo, Lodestar, Hyperion.
• At least 3-7 years experience with large-scale consulting engagements
• Ability to travel 75-100%
